During the period from 28.04.2006 – 06.05.2006, on the rivers Sava and Drina, the association of the Serbian paddlers of the Tid is organizing the 7th Vitomir Dizdarevic – Admiiral Kuk memorial; The Drina – Sava regatta.

Regatta is protected by the authorize rights according to the laws of the SiCg.
Number of the participants is limited to the number of 60, because of the camping capacity. All camps are situated in the vicinity of the restaurants and supermarkets. The water and the toilettes are available.

The Drina is beautiful, fast (7-17 km/h) and cold river.
The Sava is slow (4-7 km/h), wide 250m.

Drina is the borderline river. Its left bank belongs to the republic of Srpska. The exit on the left bank is forbidden without the customs and passport control.
All the participants are obligated to send the applications at least 21 day advanced to the start of the regatta.
The food is individual. All the participants must bring their own camping equipment (tents, sleeping bags, blankets etc.), suitable clothing (rain coats, caps), life west is a must.
Every participant must have the life insurance policy.
The participation fee is 25E per person for the applicants from the west Europe.

Every participant will sign the statement, before the start of the regatta in his own mother tongue, that he is familiar with the swimming skills, not having any medical problems, to have the life insurance policy, to poses the life west and that he intend to use it, the boat that he uses must have the air compartments, to tie the paddle to the boat, and that he will stick to the group and that he will listen to the organizations instructions.

All the participants will get the maps of the rivers, and the complete program of the regatta.

The transport to the start point is individual.
For the potential participants from the west there are two ways how they can get to the Bajina Basta:

1. High way Zagreb – Belgrade, exit to the Sabac - Loznica – Mali Zvornik – Ljubovija – Bajina Basta.
2. High way Zagreb – Belgrade, exit to Sabac – Valjevo – Pocuta – Rogacica – Bajina Basta.
The gathering of the participants is 12 km upstream from the Bajina Basta, near the water power plant – Perucac, on Friday 28.04.2006 at 19:00.

Ljubovija: the representatives of the municipality and ecological club “Drinska regatta” will welcome us. The visit to the Soko grad Monastery is possible in the afternoon. The camp is in the town and very close to the motel where the water and toilettes are available.

Mali Zvornik: the visit to the oldest water power plant, where the representatives of the municipality and fishing service “Drnsko jezero”, will welcome us. The people from “Drinsko Jezero” will escort us to Pavlovica Cuprija.

Pavlovica Cuprija: the restaurant with the good kitchen, warm shower, water and toillettes.

Sremska Mitrovica: the camping site is in the town, near the kayak club “Val”, the hot showers and toilettes.

Sabac: the camp is near the kayak club “Zorka”, hot showers, toilettes, dressing rooms.

Provo: camp in front of the restaurant, water and toilettes.

Zabrezje: camp beside the kayak cub “Zabrezje”, restaurant, water, toilette and dressing rooms.

Belgrade: camp beside the rudder club: “Red star”, restaurant, hot shower, toilette, dressing rooms.
